CALLING ALL SINGERS!!
The Delta Choral Society is starting another term and invites all NEW interested singers to our first rehearsal of 2012…
When: Monday, January 16th @6:40pm
Where: Benediction Lutheran Church in Tsawwassen (corner of 6th and 56th).
What: The DCS operates the Delta Community Choir, our large SATB group and Tapestry, our smaller, off-book ensemble.
Auditions: The DCC is a placement and pitch audition only. Tapestry is a fuller audition. No prepared piece is necessary.
Who: All auditions conducted by our Musical Director, Danielle Hamilton.
Cost: Term dues are $80 and include a folder, music and costume.

AUDITIONS
Both choirs, Tapestry (full audition) and the Delta Community Choir (pitch and placement audition), are now auditioned groups. No specific preparation is needed. Auditions will be conducted by Musical Director, Danielle Hamilton. You must audition if you are a new member or a past member (ie you were not in the Fall 2011 term). If you participated in the Fall 2011 term then you are a returning member and you do not have to audition although you may if you so wish. (ie to double-check you are in the correct section)

The Delta Choral Society operates the Delta Community Choir and Tapestry. Both choirs require a commitment of time, energy, and a willingness to learn. Fees per term (Sept-Dec and Jan-May) are $80, although financial assistance is available for those in need.
